I just returned from another fantastic trip to China and thought that I’d share a few photos of typical Chinese dishes with you all.
Yikes!!! This photo is of a street vendor setting cooking up who knows what! I'd did find a couple of "tofu on a stick" items for me that were cooked separately for me. (-:
I keep having to remind everyone that I’m a vegetarian (for 25 years!), so they make sure that I have a side dish of veggies and tofu. (smile!) Of course, I’m always the topic of conversation in regards to “how I can be so big and not eat meat?”
