Here is my KOMO news segment about my struggles with mental health and finally working my way through all of that. I'm speaking with students and at about the 5:45 mark in the video, I really lay it all out there for the students.
I wanted to put it out there again because just yesterday a friend of mine told me that his 13 year old niece committed suicide just last week.
What in the world is going on? This mental health crisis is real, and can hit at any time.
I just want to keep on encouraging everyone to hang in there, no matter what. You can make it, you are precious and you are loved....
