The alerts are designed to help our customers adhere to medication regimens and tests such as glucose or blood pressure routines.
ReplyDeleteIn the event a customer fails to acknowledge a reminder alert to verify they have completed a scheduled task regarding medication or a health maintenance ritual, the system will then forward a medication failure message to the emergency response center. Trained operators at the center will notify responsible parties such as friends, family, physician, caregiver, etc.
