    The leading complaint by customers is dealing with a company's customer service department. Even when trying to determine features and price, customers often find the company they're inquiring with elusive and unwilling to part with open disclosures. The competitors staff is often not well trained and the process for updating account information, relocating a system, disconnecting a system after a customer passes, returning a leased system, correcting a billing error, or receiving warranty replacement and service support can be unbearable. Simple tasks often require repeated phone calls, it's difficult to find a person who can make a decision, phone etiquette is often lacking, numerous written correspondences are requested, resulting in long lead times and frustration. Our industry deals with issues that require competency and extreme sensitivity due to the emotional charge and often critical circumstances and risks associated with a failure to perform. Customer service is important.
